New York City is a great place to find amazing bars, food, and music. One of the many places to enjoy live music and performances is Le Poisson Rogue at 158 Bleeker St. It used to be the home of the Village Gate, a nightclub and performance space, but it reopened at Le Poisson Rogue in 2008. Now don't be deceived when you try to find this amazing club. It sits right underneath a CVS actually. This lovely club is known as a multimedia art cabaret and throughout its years, has featured many famous jazz artists such as Billie Holiday, Dizzy Gillespie, and even Aretha Franklin.They even host LE Bingo on Friday and Saturday nights with drag queen hostess, Linda Simpson.
